A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height consisting of a dark blue shield bearing a pair of silver gray wings displayed enfolding a light green demi-globe with gold gridlines issuing from base bearing the gold landmasses of North America. In pale a silver gray sword with a scarlet hilt and in chief two gold lightning bolts radiating from either side of the sword blade.
