A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a silver unicorn's head in front and below a black medieval tower; issuing from opposite sides of the tower and encircling the device, a maroon scroll, the upper area surmounted by the unicorn's horn and the lower area bearing the inscription "PERSEVERANCE PREVAILS" in silver letters.
