A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Celeste a chevron enhanced Gold (Buff) bearing two arrows chevronwise point to point Sable, in base a key fesswise ward to dexter Or superimposed by a keystone Gules fimbriated and charged with a garb of the fourth. Attached around bottom of the shield a black scroll inscribed "WE CAN AND WILL" in gold.
