A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Azure, a pale Argent fretty of the field. Attached below the shield is a silver scroll inscribed "AETERNUS VIGILANTIS" in blue letters. Attached above the shield on a wreath alternating white and blue, the crest for the state of Wisconsin all silver.
