A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall consisting of a buff demi-disc surmounted by a white star, the top point extending above the demi-disc and debruised by a blue chevron superimposed by a red cannon muzzle upwards and surmounted by a gold sunflower; attached below a semi-circular blue motto scroll inscribed "SUSTENTO VICTORIA” in silver.
