A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/16 inches (2.70cm) in height overall consisting of a white disc bearing a maroon quatrefoil throughout, and thereon, vertically a sword with point up entwined by two winged serpents heraldically respecting one another all gold and enclosed by a red enamel scroll ending in base and bearing the inscription "ETHICS PRIDE SERVICE" in gold letters.
