A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a gold arrow, its shaft triparted in base and arched left and right with a five-pointed blue star at its center, all between an ermine spot and a fleur-de-lis all gold and all upon a red field enclosed by a blue scroll arched around base from the outer points of the arrowhead and inscribed "ONWARD WITH SUPPORT” in gold.
