A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a white mountain formed of five peaks above a blue wavy bar and crossed in front overall two red swords points up; behind the mountain peaks a glory of gold rays radiant from center and enclosed by a gold scroll inscribed "CLIMB TO GLORY" in blue letters.
