A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a Greek cross quartered with dark red (maroon) and white enamel, surmounted overall by a gold Greek cross charged with three sets of two red (scarlet) enamel horizontal bars issuing from each of the four corners of the outer cross a green enamel oak leaf bearing a gold acorn, all above a gold scroll inscribed, 'DEDICATED TO SERVICE" in black letters.
