A Gold color metal and enamel shield shaped device blazoned as follows: Per bend Or and Vert, in chief two pistols in saltire, muzzles upward of the last and in base an axe, head upward, and rifle, muzzle upward, saltirewise and pendant therefrom a powder horn, all Or; a chief Sable; attached below the shield a Black scroll inscribed "TOTUS SECURUS" in Gold. The device is 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in width overall.
