A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Or, on a saltire Gules (Brick Red) a cross throughout Sable; in the first quarter, cantonwise, two squares in pale of the second each charged with a smaller square of the third; in the second quarter a scorpion Tenne. Attached below a Gold motto scroll inscribed "SWIFT AND SECURE" in Black letters.
