A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of three blue discs conjoined two above one and centered thereon a red triangular area with one point down bordered by three gold lightning flashes with points conjoined, and in base on a semi-circular gold scroll the words "TRIPLE THREAT" in blue letters.
