A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of the shield of the coat of arms of the 10th Signal Battalion blazoned: Per fess dancetty Azure and Tenn'e, overall two swords in saltire points up Argent, their blades in the form of lightning bolts. Attached above and below the shield a Silver scroll inscribed "VOICE OF" above and "THE MOUNTAIN" below in Blue letters.
