A silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a stylized Hawaiian shield, vertically divided, teal blue, red and yellow, issuing from center base, a vertical stylized black Hawaiian spear, throughout, all encircled by a green maile branch on either side; surmounted and throughout the base of the device a black scroll inscribed "PAHU IMUA” in silver.
