A silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height consisting of a blue five-pointed star with upper point barbed and all points separated by a silver line from center surmounted at center by a silver eight-rayed sun; centered between the lower points of the star a Korean Taeguk (red and blue disc) and arched about and enclosing the star at either side the upper halves of two silver oriental dragons back to back their ears terminating at either side of the point of the star and their claws holding at either side the ends of a semi-circular maroon scroll enclosing the base and inscribed in silver with the words NON SECUNDUS.
