A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per pale Gules and Azure, a pile Argent, a sword palewise throughout Sable, in fess overall three mullets chevronwise, two Or and one of the second. Attached around the top of the shield is a Blue scroll inscribed with "MUNDUS GENUS” in Gold letters and around the bottom of the shield is a scroll of the like inscribed with PACTUM SUSCIPIO” in Gold letters.
