A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height
overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Argent, a wyvern glissant, sans
legs, tail nowed Vert, langued, eyed and barbed Gules. Attached below
the shield a silver motto scroll inscribed "COURAGE CONQUERS" in black
letters.
