What experience do you have with the Military or military uniforms?
We are a combat disabled owned and operated business with over 35 years of servicing all branches of the military.

Do your items meet military specifications?
Yes, all our items meet government specifications set forth by the Institute of Heraldry.

Can I request a quote for direct to unit pricing or bulk shipping?
Absolutely! Please contact tiffany@miluniform.com for all quotes and bulk shipping.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to all APO, DPO, FPO addresses.

Do you accept returns? 
Yes, we accept returns on all new non-custom items within 30 days of receiving the item.

Do you offer faster shipping than standard USPS?
Yes, we offer UPS Ground as well as UPS 2nd Day and Overnight options.

Do you have a daily same day shipping cut off time?
Yes, for in stock items we stop shipping at 11 AM EST due to carrier pick up times.

What is your processing time for an order?
For in stock items, if ordered before 11 AM EST they will ship same day. If the order is placed after 11 AM EST or the item is not in stock order processing time is 48 hours.
