A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a hexagonal shield blazoned: Per chevron reversed rayonne Or and Gules, a dragon rampant resting its sinister hind claw on a bayonet fesswise Azure (Cobalt Blue). Attached around the base of the shield, a Dark Blue scroll inscribed "THROUGH THE FLAMES" in Gold letters with Red flames on either side emitting from the ends of the scrolls.
