A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a circular shaped insignia with a spray of sixteen arrow points filled with translucent gold arrayed eight to the lower left and eight to the lower right issuing from behind the playing card spade shape filled black. The spade is charged with the skull of a ram between an arrow, both silver, and a star to chief white. Arched over the spade point in chief a rolled and folded red scroll inscribed with "VICTORY THROUGH" and arched to base another red scroll inscribed "ENDURANCE" in silver letters.
