A gold color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a demi-stylized white ionic column bearing a gold torch with red flames, on the torch is a red lightning flash palewise; on either side of the column are blue silhouettes of palmetto tree branches; overall below the lightning flash are two crossed gold swords. Wrapped around the bottom of the column and swords are two stacked red scrolls inscribed "IN SUPPORT" and "OF FREEDOM" n gold letters.
