A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a purple homolographic globe with gold grid lines surmounted vertically by a sword with a white blade extending beyond the globe at the top and a gold hilt extending beyond the globe in base, the hilt in front of a white open scroll between two green oak leaves enarced to the left and right along the lower rim of the globe, and a black motto scroll circumscribing the upper rim of the globe and passing over the sword blade, inscribed in gold letters the Latin phrase "NON ENSE SOLUM," which is translated "Not By The Sword Alone."
