A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Per pale Azure (Teal Blue) and Or, an antique sword throughout point up Argent between, to either side, two arcs of twenty-four mullets of the last; surmounting the sword blade the head of a bald eagle of the third. Attached below the device a tripartite Black motto scroll inscribed "ANIMUS OMNIA VINCIT†in Silver metal letters.
