A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per pale Gules and Tenne, a pale Celeste, a horse passant Argent and on its back a blanket Azure (Dark Blue); in chief three mullets of six in fess of fourth. Attached below the device is a Black scroll inscribed "VERSATILE" in Silver. The insignia is to be made in pairs. There is a left and right crest that face in opposite directions.
