Shipping & Return Policies

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for normal delivery. Embroidery work such as name tags can take additional time.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to process.
  • Orders placed after 2:30pm will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will begin processing on Monday morning.
  • 2nd Day & Overnight shipping will not be delivered on Saturday by default. If you need Saturday delivery, please call customer service at 270-360-0034 during normal business hours to speak with a representative, leaving a message does not constitute speaking with a representative.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to all global addresses, not including APO's, FPO's, AA, AE.
  • International orders (APO's excluded) shipped via USPS Air Parcel Post, are subject to additional fees for registered mail, insurance, etc. (Additional fees will be order specific.)
  • 2nd Day ($17.00) and Overnight ($32.00) delivery surcharges are for in-stock items only. Available for shipments in the continental US only.
  • Deliveries to overseas addresses that are not APO/FPO will cost more than the standard rate, especially to remote locations especially where VAT's are added.
  • Heavier and/or larger items may be subject to additional shipping charges, such as guidon poles and ceramic helmets and other items that are bulky.
  • We ship to all APO's and global addresses. 
  • Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
  • 6% State sales tax will be automatically added to Kentucky resident purchases.

Return Policy

  • All items can be returned with prior approval except for special order items such as guidons, guidon poles and guidon stands. Stands are sent to be chromed as orders are received. We have encountered over the years of our items being ordered, used for an event and then attempt to return for full refund.
  • Refunds will apply to merchandise only, not shipping.
  • Contact us to get your return authorization number prior to mailing.
  • Approval and return invoice number can be received via fax or email.
  • Special ordered items are not returnable as indicated within the site. These items are individually made or purchased for the customer.
  • No items can be returned after a two week period from day of shipping.
  • Restocking charge on returnable orders is 20% of each item's price.
  • Return authorization must be given before returning an item.
