The Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service is the fifth highest Department of the Army honorary award and may be granted by any Commander (Lieutenant Colonel and above) or civilian equivalent.
Eligibility: All Army civilian employees paid from appropriated and non-appropriated funds and indirect-hire foreign nationals are eligible for consideration.
Criteria: Nominations for this award must cover either a period of sustained superior service, or a level of achievement sufficient to warrant this recognition, or both.
