A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall consisting of a cube positioned on its point within an elliptical band forming a scroll inscribed "COVER THE FORCE" in dark blue letters, displaying on its upper two faces a gold scorpion on a dark blue field at left and a red serpent on gold at right, and within the dark blue face at base a diamond shape divided horizontally with red above and green below.
