A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall consisting of a gold lozenge with axis horizontal fimbriated red and bearing three red swords, between two green laurel branches at bottom and a gold oriental dragon at top and all encircled in base by a black and gold scroll inscribed "COMBAT MULTIPLIER" in gold.
