A gold color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height consisting of a gold wavy scroll and issuing upwards from it between two sprigs of red oak leaves with gold acorns a blue fleur-de-lis charged on either side with a gold five-pointed star and at center with a vertical sword pointed up, the blade white and hilt gold, the scroll inscribed with the motto "Only Moves Forward” in blue letters.
