A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/32 inches (2.62 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per chevron Gules and Azure, from partition line to chief a pale wavy of the second fimbriated Or, issuant from base a setting sun of the last, at nombril point a sea-griffin of the first fringed of the fourth. Attached below the shield a Gold scroll inscribed "NULLI CEDE" in Blue letters.
