A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/64 inches (2.58 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per fess Argent and Azure, in chief a representation of Diamond Head Sable, issuant in base a Hawaiian warrior holding in dexter hand a war spear palewise extending overall into chief Proper (Yellow feather cloak with Black crescents, Red feather helmet, Black spear). Attached below the shield a Blue shield inscribed "MAKAUKAU KAKOU” in Silver.
