A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Gules, three arming buckles one and two fesswise Or, upon a chief Buff between two pikes of the second a pale paly of six Gold and Sable charged with a bend counterchanged. Attached below the shield a Gold scroll inscribed "SUPPORT THE SOLDIER' in Black letters.
