A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per chevron enhanced Azure (Light Blue) and Gules, on a chevron embattled counter-embattled Or a stylized turret Sable charged with a cross pommé of the field, in base and above a fountain a sword point down and key with ward to base saltirewise of the third. Attached below and around the sides of the shield a Black tripartite scroll doubled and inscribed "SERVICE WATER PRIDE” in Gold.
