A Silver metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Buff issuing from one hub of a truck wheel in perspective, speed lines to sinister, a dexter arm in armor embowed, holding in the gauntlet three ears of wheat in pale, all Argent. Attached below the shield a Silver scroll inscribed "PORTAMUS OMNIA SEMPER" in Red letters.
