A gold color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in width overall, issuing from either side of a white sword enflamed red at the blade tip is a gold oriental demi-dragon statant facing to dexter and a gold Chinese lion sejant facing to sinister with his dexter paw on a gold globe; on the sides and bottom is a four part blue scroll going behind the sword hilt and inscribed with "EVER” "VIGILANT” "ALWAYS” "READY” in gold letters.
