A gold color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02cm) in height overall consisting of a light blue enamel sky above a maroon mountain silhouette and blue water in base with a scarlet and gold hibiscus bloom at center slightly overlapping the base of the mountain, all enclosed at the sides by two gold palm trees curving inward their branches supporting a white Greek cross at top center.
