A device of gold color metal and enamel 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height consisting of a gold fleur-de-lis having superimposed on its central segment a black artillery piece with muzzle at top emitting a red and gold blast; enclosing the lower part of the device a blue wavy scroll terminating at either side of the fleur-de-lis and bearing the inscription "NATURALLY WE LEAD" in gold letters.
