A gold color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02cm) in height overall consisting of a gold anchor on a maroon enamel base enclosed by a pair of gold wings, elevated with tips touching, issuing from a white enamel wheel with eight spokes bearing a scarlet enamel Greek cross all above a circumscribed maroon enamel scroll, the ends terminating at the lower part of the wings, inscribed with "MEDICINE IN MOTION" in gold letters.
