A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per pale Argent (Silver Gray) and Azure (Flag Blue), on the dexter a bend sinister triparted per bend sinister Gules, Or and Azure, on the sinister the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center of the first; a chief lowered of the fourth thereon a sword silhouette fesswise point to dexter of the second charged with a lightning bolt fesswise of the first. Attached around the bottom of the shield is a Dark Blue scroll doubled and inscribed "NEVER FORGET†in Silver letters.
